It’s springtime in Oklahoma, when many a man’s thoughts turn to what the heck might be wrong with his air conditioning system.

It happens every year — twice actually — when fall begins to give way to colder winter weather and when pleasant May days begin to give way to what seasoned Oklahomans know will be brutally hot days in June, July and August.
